Manage Implementation of AML Transaction Monitoring System at an International Bank (Actimize or Mantas)

• Create Project Plan
• Identify Tasks
• Identify Resources
• Set Traget Dates
• Set up and conduct regularly scheduled status meetings
• Track and update Project (and hold resources accountable)
• Monitor and oversee all aspects of Project
• Time Management
• Quality Management
• Risk Management
• Tuning Management
• Testing Management
• Issues Management
• Training Management
• Acceptance Management
• Communications Management
• Project Closure Management
• Control Management

Ensure complete documentation and retention of documents throughout Project including but not limited to:

* Initiation Phase

* Planning Phase

* Testing Phase (SIT & UAT)

* Tuning Phase

* Issues Resolution

* Training Phase

• Communicate status/issues/concerns to Project Management & Senior Management
• Provide assistance on Project tasks when necessary
• Obtain Approvals
