After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Grant Thornton, Malcolm worked for Colgate Palmolive in various positions in Colgate’s New York Headquarters and overseas locations, including Los Angeles and Sydney. He returned to New York in 2000 and after a period working as a Financial Executive for IKEA he has spent the last 15 years in the recruitment industry. Malcolm formed MJ Boyd Consulting in early 2009 and has built the business into an industry leader in Compliance, Risk and Audit staffing.

Alex has a Masters in Criminal Justice and Security from the University of Edinburgh and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS). He joined MJ Boyd in 2011 and has led much of the company’s growth in Compliance, Audit and Cybersecurity. Alex is a former Board Member on the ACAMS NY Chapter Board and has been published in ACAMS Today magazine and cited in the Wall Street Journal.

Paul is based out of MJ Boyd’s Vancouver office and assists with both West and East coast opportunities. After graduating from the University of British Columbia, Paul spent multiple years working in recruitment in London covering a broad range of specialties.
