Olivia is a graduate in Interpersonal Communications from Ball State University in Indiana. She also holds certificates in Banking and Recruiting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champagne, and University of California, Irvine. She was involved heavily in recruitment throughout her time at college and then worked in HR and Sales before joining MJ Boyd.
